The CPA Firm That Already Speaks Your Industry The CPA Firm That Already Speaks Your Industry

We're independently owned — no private equity, no AI pretending to know you. Every client works directly with a partner — a real person who knows your business, remembers your last conversation. In Flagstaff and across Northern Arizona, that means real relationships, not a rotating staff. Nationally, it means deep, specific expertise for cash-pay medical practices, real estate investors, and high-net-worth families.

Sound familiar?

Compliance surprises, murky numbers, and a firm that goes quiet until April?

If that's been your experience of accounting, it isn't the standard. We built this firm around the opposite.

Business owners who file without planning routinely overpay by thousands of dollars a year — quietly, and completely legally.

Industry fluency

Membership revenue recognition, depreciation schedules, entity tax elections — handled by partners who work in them every day, not looked up when you call.

Monthly bookkeeping, on schedule

Financials closed by the 10th of every month, not whenever we get to it — numbers you can actually run the business on.

Never handed off

Your CPA calls you before a decision costs you money — and it's the same CPA next year, and the year after. No acquisitions, no account reshuffles, no starting over.

What we do

Full-service accounting, one standard.

Common questions · FAQ

Before you call.

No. Our office is in Flagstaff, but most of our industry clients — cash-pay medical practices, real estate investors — are out of state. Every engagement can run fully remote: secure document portal, video meetings, e-signatures.

Absolutely. We meet local clients at 1600 W University Ave in Flagstaff. Many northern Arizona clients start with an in-person discovery meeting and move to phone or video for routine check-ins.

Practices that collect directly from patients instead of billing insurance — direct primary care, concierge medicine, med spas, functional and longevity clinics. Their economics (membership revenue, provider-owner comp, no insurance AR) are different enough that generalist accounting routinely gets them wrong.

The same way a local one does, minus the drive. Monthly close and reports arrive on schedule through the portal, quarterly planning happens on video, and your CPA answers the phone when something changes. Clients across the country work with us this way.

Twenty minutes with a partner. Bring last year’s return if you have it — we’ll read it live, look at your entity structure and comp, and you’ll leave with at least one concrete number to act on. No pitch, no obligation.

Fixed-fee for defined work — the Partner Review, returns, monthly bookkeeping — quoted before we start. Advisory engagements are a flat monthly amount. No hourly meters running while you talk to us.
