Sarah Lauzon-Jones
CPA, MBA, Partner
Sarah Lauzon-Jones, born in Phoenix, Arizona, (a 5th generation Arizonan) has cultivated a distinguished career in accounting, characterized by her diverse expertise and commitment to excellence.
Although she grew up in Connecticut, Sarah returned to her roots of Arizona in 2000 to pursue her education. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with an MBA in Accountancy, laying the foundation for her impressive professional journey.
Sarah’s career spans both large top-ten and small firms, where she has gained a wealth of experience and honed her skills. Her dedication to building meaningful relationships with clients, both long-term and new, is a testament to her passion for the field. Partnering with her father, Robert Lauzon, Sarah brings a personal touch and a wealth of knowledge to their joint practice.
As a proud mother of three brave young girls in Flagstaff, Arizona. Sarah balances her professional and personal life with grace. Her husband, a Hoosier, has successfully converted her into a devoted Indianapolis Colts fan.

Robert Lauzon, a native of Arizona (4th generation Arizonan), brings an exceptional 50 years of accounting experience to the firm. His remarkable career is marked by a unique blend of professional expertise and dedicated service, having also served as a pastor for 16 years and involved in ministry for 30 years. During this time, Robert demonstrated his unwavering commitment to his community, managing his pastoral duties alongside his accounting career while raising 4 successful children who have greatly blessed him with 8 grandchildren.
For the past three decades, Robert has focused his talents on small business and non-profit church accounting, helping organizations navigate the complexities of financial management with his deep knowledge and compassionate approach. Robert has taught at national non profit accounting conventions. Even having helped write the non profit portion of the CPA exam. His dual expertise in accounting and pastoral care has made him a trusted advisor to countless clients. More than just a financial advisor he believes in “pastoring” his clients.
Roberts roots run deep in Arizona, where he enjoys spending time at his family’s historic homesteaded ranch of 120 years. He is a recent transplant to Prescott Valley where he continues to serve on church boards. A passionate fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, he cherishes the moments spent with his beloved wife, Deborah, of 45 years, and their faithful dog, Daisy Mae.
Roberts dedication, integrity, and passion for both his work and his community make him an invaluable asset to our firm and a respected figure in the accounting world.
